New Lay-out

And the blog is officially open for business :-)
I finished the lay-out today. Kept it easy for myself, in the same style as the South-east Asia blog. So I only changed the header and the color of the titles and since I'm publishing on my own webspace now, I added a personal favicon (that little star next to the url) instead of the blogger favicon.
